We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, setting sales goals, hiring, and training. This is an exciting opportunity to become a founding Sales Manager on the team and the opportunity to build this role out with your coaching style. This person will be reporting to the President, Dan Keenan.
This is an in-person role in Norcross, GA - ATL surrounding area. The salary range for this role is $100K - $120K with a variable bonus structure.
Being able to successfully manage the sales team comprising of 10+ sales reps
Holding members of the sales team accountable
Checking on weekly, quarterly and yearly goals
Liasion to controller assisting with cash flow
Call shadowing to help sales reps that need to improve their performance goals
Implementing strategies to boost sales
Building rapport with customers
Monitoring the sales team along with sales performance
Being fully aware of the products and services and identifying competition
Setting sales goals: determine sales quotas and profitability
Motivating sales team: encourage the team to meet quotas and offer strategies for improving their performance
Hiring and training: Hire and train new sales representatives, and identify where additional training is needed
Excellent communication skills and energetic
5-10 years of sales experience
Interior Construction/ Commercial Furniture Industry Experience, ideally in Atlanta with an established sales channel
Commercial Paint Industry Experience
Track record of Sales Training
